How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $20 for shipping. If you order more than $200 before taxes, your shipping is free!

When will my order by shipped?

Once an order has been received, it’s scheduled for personalization, laser cutting, painting, printing, and framing as specified in the order. After the schedule has been confirmed, you’ll be notified of the estimated completion date and shipping date. We’ll notify you again once your order has shipped with tracking details.

We expect most orders will be completed within 7 business days.

How do I personalize my map?

If you’d like a location marker, title, or inscription placed on your order, please ensure you purchase the Personalization option with your map.

For a location marker, we’ll need to know the latitude and longitude of the marker. You can find this out by following these instructions:

Please provide an alternative title or inscription to be placed at the top of the map under the title.

We will email you to confirm any personalizations before we make your map. We will send a PDF of what the personalization will look like and ask for approval before we begin.

If after 5 business days, we haven’t received confirmation or further instructions, we will proceed with the personalization that has been provided in the PDF.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, production will have already begun on your products.
